Prior to Ai, he worked in finance, software and services industry for six years. He lives with his wife and two daughters, was a soccer player until college, and loves any and all competitive games.

Craig has performed an active role in the healthcare industry for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining Ai, as a representative of the medical society he led the formation and operations of the largest state-designated management services organization, which directly supported Maryland’s success in the Regional Extension Center.

Evan Carter

Director

Evan is a Director of Health Information Systems with over 8 years of experience in health information exchange strategic guidance and project management in the federal, state, and private sectors. Focusing predominantly on policy and communications, he manages Maryland HIE’s (CRISP) expansion of the HIE’s services (Query, Encounter Notifications, and PDMP) into the District of Columbia, and develops marketing and outreach strategies for the adoption of Query, Direct, and ENS for Florida Health Information Exchange.

Lindsey Ferris

Director

Lindsey is a marathon runner, seasoned project manager, and health IT professional with more than eight years of experience in enterprise electronic health record (EHR) implementation, health information exchanges (HIE), health IT policy, and medical coding. She has led projects such as the implementation of CRISP’s statewide PDMP program, CRISP’s ENS (Encounter Notification System), and DHMH’s public health initiative. In her free time, she loves to travel and appreciates a good chana masala.

Genevieve Morris

Senior Director

Genevieve is a Director and subject matter expert in health information exchange and Meaningful Use. She has led work groups for the MHCC, researched and created legislative reports on health information technology for the MHCC, and has worked with the ONC to develop reports for state health information exchange programs.

Aditya Naik

Director

Addy is a Director in the health information systems practice, specializing in Health Information Technology and Healthcare Policy. Addy has more than 13 years of experience serving in key roles for some of the largest stakeholders in the healthcare industry. He is a hobbyist programmer, an amateur photographer and Formula 1 fan. He likes collaborating in Hackathons and has been involved in multiple technology startups in the past. He lives with his wife and son in Northern Virginia.

Amber Neal

Director

Amber is a results-centric manager practiced in promoting cross-collaborative environments to enhance client service and satisfaction. Prior to joining Ai, she worked with the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), managing a team of ONC certification SMEs to successfully define and fulfill project requirements. She has an extensive background in nursing, and is a mother to two twins.

Karen Pruitt

Director

Karen joined Ai as a Director in the health information systems practice. She has 11 years of experience in leading consulting companies, with recent experience in Federal Health IT and Health Insurance Exchanges. She is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), and has led business analysis, development and testing teams. Karen and her husband Graham are avid golfers, and love taking golf vacations in warm and sunny places.

Anand Raghavan

Anand is an Integration Team Lead, bringing over 14 years of experience in application design and integration, with particular expertise in data management in the healthcare and retail sectors. He is a Mirth Certified Developer, HL7 2.7 Certified Analyst, and a Cloverleaf Level II Developer. He’s also part of the guild of Ai photographers.

Daniel is a software solutions architect focusing on Ai's state health IT initiatives. He has extensive experience as an architect and developer in the health IT domain and holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins.

Will Smith

MDM Architect

Will joined Ai from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services where he was an Applications Architect specializing in projects relating to the Kentucky EHR program, including a project that enabled providers to attest Meaningful Use. Since joining Ai, he has supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in the development of the Master Data Management (MDM) component of the Enterprise Data Services Contract (EDSC).

Alice Wang

Director

Alice began working with Ai in 2007 and has supported the company on various client and business development assignments. She has driven business development activities and engaged in proposal development, facilitated discussions with strategic partners and key customers, and helped streamline business processes and develop management reports. Prior to joining AI, Alice spent over ten years designing and implementing business intelligence solutions with Microstrategy Incorporated and Wangdera Corporation.

Eric White

Eric is a Technical Architect and with 16 years of experience in the software development industry. Most recently he worked as Director of Software Engineering for MicroStrategy China Technology Center, where he led a team of web and mobile engineers building key features for MicroStrategy’s Analytics, Cloud, and Loyalty platforms. Eric currently lives in DC, after living in Colorado and China for several years.
