Bill Howard Joins Audacious Inquiry to Lead Product Strategy

BALTIMORE, December 9, 2015 — Audacious Inquiry (Ai), a health information policy and technology company, today announced that healthcare industry executive, Bill Howard, has joined Ai to lead product strategy, effective November 30, 2015.

Chris Brandt, Managing Partner at Ai, stated “Bill possesses exceptional capabilities that complement Ai’s strengths in health IT, population health, and connected care.” Mr. Brandt added, “We will leverage his skill sets to work with our customers who are facing complex strategic and operational challenges that have far reaching implications for the sustainable success of HIE organizations, and healthcare data exchange and population health initiatives.”

Prior to joining Ai, Mr. Howard served as Vice President of Product Management at GE Caradigm (a Microsoft / GE joint venture company), where he was responsible for the roadmap of the population health and analytics platform. He also led a global team of senior technologists responsible for capturing requirements, and developing the overall solution architecture for new customers.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Howard served as the Director of HIE product management, and solution architecture for GE Healthcare. His background includes implementations of standards into production, and engagement with the HIMSS ConCert certification advisory board. He also held product management and engineering roles of increasing responsibility at IDX (acquired by GE), AVL (acquired by Roche Diagnostics), and 3M.
