Genevieve Morris
Senior Director, Audacious Inquiry
Genevieve is specialized in Meaningful Use, and healthcare policy and program management. She has led several health IT policy projects for Ai, and consults to a broad range of public and private sector health organizations. She has worked on the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) population health initiatives, the ONC Shared Nationwide Interoperability Roadmap and strategic plan (2015-2020), and ONC patient matching methodologies and environmental scans. She has developed reports and knowledge briefs on Meaningful Use Stage 2 requirements, HIO consumer engagement, provider directories, and query-based HIE. Genevieve has worked with the Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) to manage multiple work groups and develop legislative reports for the Maryland General Assembly. She has been a panel speaker at HIMSS and ONC events.

 Kory Mertz
Senior Manager, Audacious Inquiry
Kory is experienced in state and federal health policy and interoperability.  He has led work for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) to develop a strategy to measure the adoption and use of standards, and supported a health system in meeting Meaningful Use. Prior to joining Ai, he worked at ONC for six years in a variety of roles helping to launch and execute the HITECH Act.  While at ONC, Kory was deeply involved in the State Health Information Exchange Program helping to lead its implementation and frequently worked with the Health Information Technology Policy Committee. Kory also worked at the National Conference of State Legislatures and served as the lead staff for the Health Information Technology Champions Project, a public-private partnership that worked to increase state legislative leadership on health information technology.
